Event Remainder: Whitehaven

This is a joint excursion with the OUGS

The geology and old mines of the Coal Measures
and Permo-Triassic south and west of
Whitehaven.

The visit will involve two walks of 1.4k (40m
ascent and descent) and 4k (negligible ascent
and descent) with a further walk of 0.8k
(negligible ascent and descent) if time permits.
