The trip will look at Carboniferous Ashfell Sandstone and Limestone, quarries, faulting, and drainage pattern development. Please share transport if at all possible and we are asked to park very considerately. Leader Sylvia Woodhead.

Walking approximately 1 km along forestry track to NY 321 154 where we will clear brashing from a layer of volcanic bombs, then photograph the bombs. Leader: Alan Wise.
