Programme Alteration

Wednesday 14th November.

Dr.  Leslie is now unable to come on 14th November and his talk has been postponed until  October 2019.

Instead Prof Joe Cann will give a talk entitled “Exploring a newly-formed mid-ocean ridge in the Equatorial Pacific – challenges and some answers.”  This meeting will be at the Braithwaite Institute on the A66 at Braithwaite.

Prof. Cann was on a scientific expedition in April/May this year exploring the Pacific Ocean floor and this will be the first presentation of the science from that expedition.
