A volcanic ‘bomb’ and various Borrowdale Volcanic Group exposures. It entails a moderately strenuous path up the side of the gill. Further information in GA Cumbria Guide 1.2.
Meet at Seathwaite Farm at 10am. Parking is available for free on the Seatoller to Seathwaite Road – usually very busy, or for £5 per day (2025) at the farm.
