 from Shap village\, turn right by the wood &amp\; park at the road corner.
  Please park tidily &amp\; consider car sharing if possible. Hi-vis recomm
 ended\, hard hats not needed.\n\nWe will be met by the Tata Steel Operatio
 ns Manager &amp\; Quarry manager.  The quarry visit will be in the mornin
 g. We will walk slightly uphill to access the quarry via a gate. Inside th
 e quarry\, the ground is rough &amp\; steep in places. The area is over 30
 0m &amp\; can be exposed. In the afternoon we will walk round the proposed
  quarry perimeter geology trail. Total walking distance about 3 miles\n\nI
